General Terms
Unless stated otherwise, all prices quoted are nett, exclusive of VAT
Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of packaging, loading and unloading and delivery. These elements may be shown as separate priced items
Decking products are made from natural fibres (WPC) so please note that depending upon weather and usage, product colour may vary over time from quoted colour, colour sample and delivered product. Composite decking can go through stages of change, typically bleeding of natural oils used in the production process, UV bleaching and colour fade (as does timber decking).
Artificial grass areas of heavier traffic may flatten more than others and areas exposed to the weather may vary in colour more than others over time. These are not defects of manufacture and should not affect the longevity of the product.
Where grass is supplied in mixed roll widths, the colour may vary slightly as mixes of sizes e.g. 2m with 5m need to be produced from different batches. 2m with 4m mixed rolls widths are produced from the same batch.
Any product installed before being inspected and comments supplied to us, will be deemed as being fit for purpose
All measurements quoted for products are approximate and may vary slightly but in accordance with BS 3655 (roll materials tolerance of +/1.25%)
All products should be fitted in accordance with the approved methods and current Regulations
Any returned items due to (but not limited to) over ordering, incorrect ordering, item no longer needed or item damaged by customer will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. You may return the item to us at your expense or we can help collect the item on our vehicles which will be chargeable.
No returns or refunds on bespoke items, this includes Artificial Grass if cut to length, Composite Balustrade Kits and Custom Steel Fabricated items.
No returns or refunds will be accepted 14 working days after goods have been collected or received
Anything agreed outside of these terms are at the discretion of the Managing Director.
